Welcome to The Tent

In The Tent, Reform Movement congregational lay, clergy and professional leaders can:

• Connect with the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ)- access content curated by the URJ and connect with leaders of the Reform Movement.
• Network with lay and professional leaders in congregations throughout North America- share information, challenges, and concerns.
• Collaborate with their own congregational leadership- create a private space in The Tent for the exclusive use of the congregational leadership team. This private Tent space promotes collaboration, provides transparency and can help leadership team become more productive and effective.

You are not alone in the work you do. Connect with different size congregations in different areas of the country. Learn from leaders at other congregations. Share what you have learned. Get new ideas.

Your challenges are not unique. Chances are good if you are experiencing challenges at your congregation, others have experiences similar challenges before at their congregation. Connect with them, learn from them, share with them, and strengthen your congregation.
